As the Christmas period fast approaches and we all look forward to a much needed rest ready for what we hope will be a much more positive 2021 we just wanted to share with you our operating hours for the Festive period
The last day you can raise Sales enquiry is Thursday 24th December by noon, our Sales team will return to the office on Monday 4th January
Any Portal or system changes must reach us via our TICKETING SYSTEM by 12noon on Wednesday 22nd December this will then give us a 24 hour window to make sure all of our customers are dealt with in the appropriate manner.

We will be available during the Christmas period for Technical Support / Faults and escalations only. To action this just simply call our office on 01925 530150 during the above office hours.
If you need to raise anything non-support related during this time it will be classed as non essential and will carry a 3 Day working SLA.
All Sales Queries will be scheduled for our return to business on Monday 4th January
Alternatively if you would like any training on our portal so you can make any changes during the break yourselves we would be happy to schedule this in the coming weeks.
